Hater Dry Goods ... For the Home

Hater Dry Goods has been in our family for generations.  Jim Hater has owned and operated Hater Dry Goods in Ludlow, KY since 1972.  His father, grandfather and great grandfather had dry goods stores in Cincinnati dating back to the 1870's.  

Last summer, Jim and his wife Margie reopened the adjoining building of the original dry goods building for the first time, to include Hater Dry Goods, ....For the Home.   After retiring  from teaching, Margie is able to use her love of decorating,  and talent in refinishing well made vintage furniture to current styles and giving it new life.  Here we offer antiques, refinished vintage furniture, chalk painted pieces, some mid-century modern, pottery, artwork, holiday decor, and home accessories.  New items are added every week, so there is always something new.  Come on down and see our 100 year old building, and find a special one-of-a-kind something you didn't even know you needed.
